Ohno Continuous Cast copper was developed by Professor Atsumi Ohno at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. The casting process produces a conductor with far fewer crystal boundaries than conventional wire drawing — boundaries that cause micro-reflections and colorations in conventional cables. The result is a conductor that transmits the audio signal with greater fidelity to the original because less gets changed along the way.
