Audience AdeptResponse aR2p

The aR2p is unlike any other Audience conditioner. Where the aR6 and aR12 sit on an equipment rack and connect via a powerChord, the aR2p plugs directly into a wall or ceiling outlet — no power cord required. It's a two-outlet conditioner the size of a large wall wart, hand-built without circuit boards or clip-on connections, containing the same AdeptResponse architecture and premium components as its full-sized siblings.

The AdeptResponse Architecture

Audience's AdeptResponse platform uses a passive filter topology — no series inductors in the signal path, no current limiting. The power-handling components are selected for their sonic as well as their electrical characteristics, in keeping with Audience's approach across their cable and conditioner lineup. The aR2p applies this architecture in plug-in form, which means the technology is accessible for single-component conditioning, second systems, or situations where a full-size conditioner isn't practical.

Hand-Built Construction

No circuit boards. No clip-on connections. Hand-built point-to-point wiring throughout — the same construction approach used in the full-sized AdeptResponse units. This is not a budget version of the concept. It is a compact implementation of the same engineering.
